We have several coating systems available to our company that we can guarantee for up to 10 years. These systems usually begin with a thorough cleaning of the existing roof, and then a fabric covering laid into an elastomeric coating with another elastomeric coating on top. These coatings are approx. 26 mil in thickness and have an approx. 80% UV reflectivity rating. We can usually coat your roof without removing the old roof and exposing you to the elements.
