This system starts with a thorough cleaning of the roof. The next step is to fasten a 1 1/2″ ISO board ( insulation board with and “R” value of 10) to the existing roof. Next we will imbed a fabric into a layer of roof coating and then cover the entire process with another coating. These coatings are approx. .26mil in thickness and have a UV reflectivitiy of approx. 80%. This system can be installed over your existing roof eliminating the need for removal and exposure to the weather conditions.
