St. Tammany Parish: Folsom Maintenance Barn

Concrete slab additions and rigid frame metal structures were engineered by Jaymar for this existing maintenance barn to add wing space for the open shed structure. Girts were then installed to the new frames as well as the original building to allow the addition of metal R-panel siding and roll-up doors.

The project was completed on time and within budget.  Since then, Jaymar has been invited to bid on several other maintenance barn renovations.
