Topper World Gretna

A multi-step commercial construction project began with a new warehouse in the rear, then converting it to a retail and service area which enabled the business to continue during construction of a new larger retail and service building on the front of the property.

After construction was completed, the warehouse in the rear was returned to its intended use. This project spanned two owners and Hurricane Katrina. We stepped through the design / build process and completed a quality project with minimal disruption of service to our customer.
